We are New Product Developers specializing in design and the development of all-purpose retractable transportable fabric shelters, for long and short term deployment anywhere in the world.

 

General Product Overview
shelters The new generation shelter product being unveiled for civilian,
disaster relief / or homeland security and military applications is a
multi-purpose retractable transportable fabric shelter (RTFS) with
broad application capability.  An RTFS can be manufactured to
specified design (dimension and skin construction).  A standard RTFS
is pre-assembled at the factory and arrives on a palette complete with
anchors, in the retracted, folded away condition measuring – 2'-10"L
X10'W X 9"H.  The legs are easily unfolded and locked into position.
The shelter is then extended into the upright configuration and
anchored into place measuring 20'-10"L X 10'W X 7'H or
200 square feet.

A standard RTFS is made of lightweight aluminum alloy pipe on which
hangs a double skin, high-density polyethylene cover that together
creates structural integrity at a weight of under 200 pounds.  The
frame and skin supports 10lbs to 30lbs of topside load per square foot
and will withstand up to 60mph winds.  RTFS' are scalable upward
(airplane hanger) or downward (camping tint).  The skin can be various
colors (including camouflage) and can be modified to be armament
resistant (e.g. Kevlar).  Zip in partitions can be built in with
ingress and egress options every five feet.   The roofline can be in
several configurations including flat, pitched, rounded, etc.  An RTFS
is fully deployed in 5-7 minutes.  Additionally, an infrastructure can
be added which can support the introduction of power to the unit for
lights, etc.
